PMHNP Preceptorship Opportunity

Developmental NP Behavioral Health Services offers PMHNP student preceptorship opportunities designed to support advanced clinical learning and professional mentorship.

A one-time fee of $500 provides unlimited preceptorship hours, allowing students to complete as many clinical hours and semesters as needed. This structure removes the stress of finding multiple preceptors throughout your program and allows for continuity of learning.

The preceptorship includes:

• Supervised psychiatric patient care experiences

• Exposure to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and diagnostic assessments

• Weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions (as requested) outside of patient care to discuss clinical questions, case formulation, career development, and PMHNP practice

• Guidance on clinical documentation, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning

This mentorship-focused model is designed to support students in building confidence, clinical competence, and real-world psychiatric practice skills.
